Due to the nature of scented candles, returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during transit.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Product must remain unused.
• Original packaging should be intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• An unboxing video and clear photographs may be requested for damaged products.

Refunds

After inspection and approval:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used candles
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Change of mind after delivery
• Gift cards or promotional items
